By using KAIND®, you agree to these terms. The most important things: KAIND® is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Never use it as a substitute for professional medical care. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
By accessing or using KAIND® at kaind.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KAIND® is a frequency wellness web application that uses binaural beat audio technology for relaxation, focus, sleep support, and stress relief. KAIND® is a wellness and mindfulness tool only.
KAIND® IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use KAIND® as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all KAIND® Pro features. No payment information is required to start the free trial. After 3 days, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at bekaind@gmail.com.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. KAIND® does not store your payment information.
We offer refunds within 7 days of any charge if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at bekaind@gmail.com with your purchase details. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.
The content provided by KAIND® is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

KAIND® and the KAIND® logo are registered trademarks. All content, design, and technology within the Service are owned by KAIND® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAIND® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
