KAIND® ("we", "us", "our") operates the frequency wellness application available at kaind.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We take privacy seriously. We collect as little data as possible and never sell your personal information to anyone.

Information We Collect

Data stored on your device

KAIND® stores the following data locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you make a purchase:

• Trial start timestamp — when you first opened the app, to calculate your 3-day free trial period
• Pro access token — an encrypted token confirming your subscription status after payment
• Your affirmations — the intention texts you enter in MindSync, stored only on your device

Data collected by Stripe

When you subscribe to KAIND® Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores payment information (card details, billing address) in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We receive only confirmation of your payment and your subscription plan — we never see your card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the KAIND® service
• To verify your subscription status and grant access to Pro features
• To manage your 3-day free trial period
• To process payments securely via Stripe

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

Cookies and Tracking

KAIND® does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your trial and subscription status locally on your device. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

Microphone Access

The Voice Mirror feature requests access to your device's microphone. This access is used only to analyze the frequency of your voice in real time within your browser. Voice data is processed entirely on your device — it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.

You can revoke microphone access at any time through your browser settings.

Data Retention

All data stored on your device (trial timer, access token, affirmations) remains there until you clear your browser storage or uninstall the app. You can remove all KAIND® data from your device at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for kaind.app.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
• Right to opt-out — opt out of any data processing

Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of KAIND® after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
